We will be honest with you: we went to Magic Night Miami last month expecting a fun night out, and we left genuinely stunned. The magicians are the real deal — the kind of close-up, right-under-your-nose impossible that has you grabbing your date's arm and saying "how did he DO that?" before the main show even starts. The September show sold out, and after one visit, we understand why.
Magic Night Miami is a monthly cabaret of wonder — a residency by Fantasy Theatre Factory at the Sandrell Rivers Theater in Miami — built around master magicians, mentalists and mind readers, hypnotists and jugglers, in an intimate cabaret setting instead of stiff theater rows. The next performance is Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 7:30 PM, and if you book one surprise date night this month, make it this one. Get tickets for October 24 before this month follows last month into sold-out territory.
Every fact below was checked against the show's official ticket page and website on October 15, 2026.
Why a Magic Cabaret Is a Perfect Date Night
Most date nights have a conversation problem: dinner runs out of things to say, a movie forbids talking at all. A magic cabaret solves it. You are seated cabaret-style around round tables — close, social, drink in hand — and every few minutes the show hands you something unbelievable to react to together. Shared wonder is a love language, and this room runs on it.
It also gives you an excuse to dress up. The show's own guidance is to dress like you are headed to an intimate five-star hotel bar, not a casual night out — and honestly, that is half the fun. Drinks and light snacks are available at the bar throughout the evening, the performance is in English, and the whole night wraps by about 9:30 PM, early enough to extend the evening or call it a perfect one.
How the Night Flows: Magic Lab First, Then the Main Show
Doors open at 7:00 PM, and you will want to be there for what happens next. At 7:30 PM the Magic Lab begins: before anyone takes the stage, magicians roam the room performing impossible moments up close — at your table, under your nose. It is part cocktail hour, part warm-up act, and it turns a room full of strangers into co-conspirators before the lights go down.
Showtime is 8:25 PM, when the emcee guides everyone into the main event: world-class magicians and mind readers raising the stakes act after act, with a final bow around 9:30 PM. Arrive by 7:30 PM at the latest — the pre-show magic is not a bonus, it is the first act.
October 24: This Month's Lineup

Here is the twist that makes Magic Night Miami a repeat-date machine: the lineup is brand-new every month. Master magicians one month, a mentalist the next, plus hypnotists and jugglers in the mix — no two shows are ever the same, so the October show will not repeat what we saw in September.
October's night is hosted by co-founder Alan Chamo and Yarden Shalev, with a mystery international entertainer on the bill and a serious headliner: Roger Ruiz, a five-time Cuban Magic Champion and International Brotherhood of Magicians award winner. When a five-time champion is the announced act and the second name is a mystery, you know the room is in for something.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When is Magic Night Miami? A: It is a monthly residency at the Sandrell Rivers Theater. The next show is Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 7:30 PM (doors 7:00 PM). The following performance is Saturday, November 21, 2026 — each month brings an entirely new lineup.
Q: How much does it cost for two? A: Tickets run $51.50–$68.00 per person on the official ticket page, plus the theater's standard facility and ticketing fees — so roughly $103–$136 for two before drinks. Golden Tickets are available in limited numbers by phone at (305) 284-8872.
Q: Is it a good first date? A: It might be the best first date in Miami right now. Cabaret tables and roaming close-up magic give you endless things to react to together, the dress code makes it feel like an occasion, and the 9:30 PM finish leaves the night open. It is recommended for ages 12+, so it is a grown-up room, not a kids' party.
Q: Where do we park? A: Covered parking is free for Magic Night Miami guests at the Sandrell Rivers Theater (6103 NW 7th Ave, Miami) — just make sure your spot says "Theater."
Q: What if October 24 sells out? A: Last month's show did — so book early. If you miss this one, the next Magic Night Miami lands Saturday, November 21, 2026, with a completely different lineup.

Editor's note: this spotlight is part of a partnership with Magic Night Miami. We attended last month's show ourselves before agreeing to it — the endorsement is ours, and the magicians earned it.
